IS200TSVCH1ADC S1CX01H GE Servo I/O Board new and original
IS200TSVCH1ADC is a turbine monitoring and vibration detection I/O module in the GE Mark VIe distributed control system, mainly used for vibration signal acquisition, sensor interface, and control signal transmission of steam turbines/gas turbines. Its wiring must strictly follow the GE Mark VIe system specifications and be divided into four parts: module power supply, signal input/output, communication, and grounding shielding
Power supply interface: "PWR" terminal group on the top/side of the module (marked as V+, V -, GND)
V+connected to 24V DC positive pole (external redundant power supply or system backplane power supply, must meet 24V DC ± 10%);
V - Connect to 24V DC negative pole;
GND is the signal ground and needs to be connected to the system grounding strip at a single point.
Redundant power supply: Supports dual 24V DC inputs (terminals V1+, V1- and V2+, V2-), can be connected in parallel to the system's redundant power supply module, ensuring power supply reliability.
Analog signal wiring (vibration/sensor input)
The module is equipped with 8 vibration sensor interfaces (compatible with eddy current sensors and acceleration sensors) and 4 4-20mA analog inputs. The wiring is as follows:
Eddy current sensors (such as Bently Nevada 3300 series):
Sensor probe signal terminal module "INx+", shielding layer connected to "SHLD" terminal;
The sensor power supply is powered by the built-in 24V DC of the module (terminals "Exc+" and "Exc -"), and does not require external power supply;
Each input needs to be routed separately to avoid parallel connection with the power line.
4-20mA current input:
Connect the positive terminal of the transmitter to module "Ix+" and the negative terminal to "Ix -";
If it is a two-wire transmitter, a 24V DC loop power supply can be provided through the "Loop+" terminal of the module.
Digital signal wiring (status input/output)
Digital input (DI): 6-way dry/wet contact input (terminals DI1~DI6)
Dry contact: Connect external switch signals (such as limit switches), and connect the common terminal "COM-DI" to the 24V DC positive pole;
Wet contact: Directly connect 24V DC signal (positive pole connected to DIx, negative pole connected to GND).
Digital output (DO): 4-channel relay output (terminals DO1~DO4)
Connect the normally open contact (NO) to the controlled equipment (such as solenoid valves and indicator lights), connect the common terminal "COM-DO" to the positive pole of the AC220V/DC24V power supply, and connect the negative pole of the equipment to the negative pole of the power supply;
Contact rated load: AC250V/5A, DC30V/5A, overloading is prohibited.
Communication wiring
Ethernet communication: module front-end RJ45 interface (marked as "ETH")
Connect the Mark VIe system Ethernet switch, use shielded Category 5e Ethernet cables, and follow the T568B line sequence;
Redundant Ethernet can be connected to a second RJ45 interface (ETH2) to achieve link redundancy.
