  1. Safety Precautions

 DANGER: Risk of Electric Shock & Equipment Damage

Disconnect the SIS system power supply and module backplane power before installation, wiring, or maintenance.

Discharge static electricity from your body (e.g., wear an ESD wristband) before touching the module—electrostatic discharge can damage internal components.

Avoid installation or operation in environments with flammable gases, corrosive vapors, or excessive moisture (comply with IP rating requirements: IP20 for cabinet-mounted use).

Do not modify the module’s internal circuitry or terminals; unauthorized modifications void the warranty and compromise safety.

 CAUTION: System Integrity

Ensure the module is properly grounded to prevent electromagnetic interference (EMI) and ensure signal stability.

Verify that the load current of each output channel does not exceed the module’s rated limit (refer to technical specifications).

  1. Installation Procedures

3.1 Mounting the Module

Confirm the installation surface is clean, dry, and compatible with a 35mm standard DIN rail (compliant with EN 50022).

Align the module’s DIN rail clips with the rail and push firmly until it clicks into place.

Tighten the locking screw at the bottom of the module to secure it (torque: 0.5–0.8 N·m) and prevent vibration-induced displacement.

Ensure a minimum clearance of 10mm between the module and adjacent components for heat dissipation.

3.2 Connecting to the Backplane

Align the module’s backplane connector with the TRICONEX chassis slot (ensure the slot number matches the system configuration).

Push the module straight into the slot until the backplane connector is fully seated (no visible gaps).

Fasten the module’s front panel screws to lock it to the chassis (torque: 0.6–1.0 N·m).
