ABB acquires SEAM Group to accelerate expansion and innovation in electrical services business

ABB has recently completed the acquisition of SEAM Group, which will accelerate the expansion of its electrical services business, particularly in the US market. SEAM Group focuses on providing energy asset management and consulting services to industrial and commercial construction clients, with a broad customer base and extensive industry experience.
